Schlotzsky's, Offer -2-: Holders To Sell 500,000 Shrs

WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--Schlotzsky's Inc. (BUNZ) filed to offer 2
million common shares, 500,000 of which will be sold by holders.

The Austin, Texas, restaurant company said proceeds will go toward acquisition and development of new stores, and to repay debt.

Raymond James & Associates Inc., Morgan Keegan & Co. Inc. and Rauscher
Pierce Refsnes Inc. are underwriting the offering, which has an overallotment of 300,000 additional shares.

The company will have about 7.1 million shares outstanding after the offering.

...Doesn't this give institutional holding/buying a better chance?
