If anyone is organizing a class actiuon suit against Schwab, I'm interested. Made 50 + calls and couldn't get through for several hours. It cost me thousands. All Schwab offered me back was a comission fee. Other brokerage houses are doing much more. I use Street Smart and paid high comissions because I thought I would get good service when the market really moved. I was sadly mistaken...And Schwab customer service was no help.
