AFX Europe: A spokesman for Shell
denied that the company has extended its drilling
programme in the Falkland Islands. Eric Nixon told AFX News: ''There has been no change

Tomas note on the LOI thread
Sodra Petroleum has confirmed that Shell was supposed to hand over the rig to Sodra at the
end of August, but has held on for a further fortnight. Testing the well requires at least 10
days. And testing does not mean "extending the drilling programme"...
