Dr.H; good point; very possible that insider's were exercising warrants and dumping them. If that's the case, the "insider's" who dumped between 12/97 and 7/98 paid approx. the current price of the stock or more.

Between 8/98 and 12/99 prices were lower @ $2-$3/and you're probably right, some "monkey-business" may have taken place.

The point is: it's also very possible that warrant-dumping time is over.

The chart tells the real story....ACTC is ever-so-slowly moving back up to 5.

Now, if we break 5.50 convincingly, we're probably moving much higher.

Also, volume has been very strong, and since September the number of buyers have out-numbered the sellers. Please keep in mind, this company is consistently making money and profits keep going up.

Most of these Small-Cap & BB stocks play games with options and warrants. The MM's will always manipulate stock prices with the help of management and the media.

But, overall, we think ACTC is a good bet based on solid financial fundamentals and their strong cash position.

Thanks for the cautionary note....regards, sw
