ALL...info I gleaned recently.

I have been asked to respond to your 6-21-99 E-mail addressed to Tony Taggart. Your E-mail did not indicate what specific information you were looking for. However, the following may be helpful.

A search of records of the Utah Division of Securities reflect the following. No record of a company called Enviro-Tec. No current information on a company called Coconino S.M.A., Inc.

Records of the Utah Division of Corporations reflect that Coconino (fka Benchmark Enterprises, Inc., fka Macro Technology Holding Corp.) changed its name to Veltex Corporation on 4-5-99. The status of the corporation was delinquent as of 5-1-99.
