Even though you say Michael Murray, VP and Monroe Klein, VP
sold 100% of their holdings in Jan '97, why did the stock react
positively moving above 26 in Feb '97?

These guys may indeed beleive in the long term potential of CEPH
but aren't willing to wait around until this company transitions
from an R&D company with potential to a company with real earnings
and revenues.

Institutional analysts believe CEPH can be profitable in '99 - '00
timeframe.
