LG bows out of handset business, bets on mobile solutions

With LGE leaving the handset business, this takes away a natural customer for LGD's small scree production. I don't think the two main articles are related though. On the contrary, the third article points out continued investment in small area production:

This is a terrible auto-translate from Google and the news is not well-confirmed. Most interesting is that the rumored line will be in Paju P10 which was built to accommodate G10.5 sized glass. I'm happy they are using the space for expansion, but the huge doors won't be necessary for Gen 6.5 lines.

All-in-all the market is pleased with the news flow, and we are set for a very strong open following two solid sessions in Korea.
