Thank-you for the insight; my gut feeling is with the returns from the past are any prediction of the future I would be happy (I would be happy with half the returns of the past) - but I know that the past performance is no indication of future performance.... The key point you make is my objective short or long term results; I am in for the long term 10+ years and feel that these industries will continue to excel and be in greater demand in the future.
