I am having a similar problem with xma. I first saw an effect in the displayed chart on a 40 xma. QP does not use all the data in the data base when calculating xma's, only what is displayed. They may be doing the same thing in scans based on maximum days refered to in any scan statement. They suggested to me that I include a "dummy" statement that calls for a large number of days to minimize the effect - eg. vol(-250)>0. My quick test did not seem any better.

I hope they change the calculation on xma to use all available data as in TC2000 and other s/w programs. This is why xma's do not start plotting at the left side of the chart.
