OT I've checked it out from time to time. It's entertaining! I own three homes free and clear and am not worried because of where I live. Homes are not the problem, demand for housing is. As long as we have population growth in this country we will generally be ok in the long run. I have some friends in Germany who are not so lucky. Their entire housing stock is going down in price. (hint... they will be losing about 25% of their population over the next 30 years)
