Craig, you are too generous in offering the new CEO $10 million in cash and options. Try $2 million and you may get the same response. IBM paid Gestner $5 million in the first year so why should NOVL pay $10 million ? I say we sell the company to the highest bidder before that $1 billion dissapears and we shareholders are left with nothing but Joe's home page touting Intranet as the wave of the future (sorry Joe). This company can no longer remain independent. Its board of directors have to go. This company is no longer considered "value" investing. It is a speculative investment. Speculation based on the success of NetWare 4.x and their intranet software. V.K
