I think the EIA forecast for oil price recovery is a worst scenario situation. A lot of analysts feel the forecast is overstated on the low side. It just might be wishful thinking on their behalf. However, from an investment viewpoint, I think the EIA forecast is an ideal tool to use when reviewing putting one's money into the sector.
