I like PAPO at 1.31 or lower great IMO. And QTEk at these great basement prices .56 is a joke price.
Will see how long will stay there for both
PAPO and QTEK.I like them dirt cheap.
QTEK still a sleeper, but i wonder for how long.
Very low float.
