I haven't seen it, but perhaps its time I searched scientific
publications for Babish's papers. (I assume he is a co-author on the
paper on PN355 we are asking about.) Thanks for the idea. If I come up
with anything I'll post.

I don't think he shelved the article. Most likely, it is either
in review or in press. As the author of numerous scientific papers
myself, I can tell you that it can take from months to even a year
from the time a paper is submitted for publication until it is in press.
The process usually includes a lengthy peer review and revision of the
manuscript. Even then, many scientific journals are backloged for
weeks or months in publishing accepted papers.
