10 years? Hope not - my oldest kid will be in college in 10 years! It may take a long time to come back, but I think 10 years sounds a bit long. I don't think we will ever see it back to the way it was in the late 90's - with the revolution of the techs, etc. - just won't happen again - at least probably not in my lifetime.
