I listened to the call and it appears there was some confusion over the application to the court to prevent the Gov't from issuing the mining permit for this property (m1). This should be heard on or about Feb. 10th but the other issue of whether the claims for these heirs ( some 27 or so of them) to the mineral rights to the property will be another issue to be dealt with by the courts. The claims appears to be that the Gov't should not be able, under the law, to take away former mineral rights even though no renewal of those rights was done by the heirs to this property as required (every 2 years)This sounds so familiar. Stock was sold off at the opening but has recovered a bit.CJ was as usual, continuing to be positive about the eventual outcome.
