Trader J, I saw an article in the local paper that charted the market in relationship to bear and bull markets. The months of Jan and Feb have historically been very bullish and IMO will hold up very well in this market. Most "analysts" believe that if a change in market direction is coming that it would happen this summer. Heck, I don't know either but found this particular article interesting. If I can find it I will post the url. My financial plan is simple - trade the risky stocks short term and only buy quality stocks for the long term. I like AOL, DELL, & GE, and have a significant stake in them. If the market falls, I am comfortable with quality and will buy more at lower prices. zora
