Good for Jindal - oil in the oyster beds would have been far more damaging long term (only 350 acres of marsh land were touched by oil thanks to Jindal's efforts) and if he'd passed up an opportunity to do that, you'd be attacking him for that too. Oh now......you're an ecological authority. Did it ever cross your mind that Gulf oyster beds succesfully contend with oil every day but fresh water may be poisonous to them?
