If you know how rare and difficult it is to find a value like Quantum, you also might wnat to put in an order to buy it at its current prices so you don't end up telling fish stories about the one that got away. In my experience, when people want to buy 10% lower, IF it gets there, they want another 10%. Any one seriously investing would have long ago found QNTM such an attractive valuation that they would be in.
