my answers would be
1- No one. When Bill senses a takeover, he'll burn MS down and commit suicide.
2- No one. When Andy sense a takeover, he'll drop chips' prices to $10 to $50 (50 for merced)

5- easy, Microsoft (if Bill does not sense any takeovers and still alive)
