JT, Did Mellinnium respond to your questions? Did you talk to him? I'll be very interested on what he had to say, especially concerning the WaveTech report.

From the Chat output of yerterday's, it appears that the WT report may have been ready for a while now and they're using it to talk to prospective JV. My question is why they haven't release it yet? Also, he mentioned about a company being turned down, don't you think we have a right to know that. Please tell me if I'm wrong. I'm very much interested in your opinion on this.

Additionally, if what Gary was saying are\were true, at this stage of the negotiation, I don't see any reason for the stock to be at this level. Afterall it was already trading @$5.75 two weeks ago. Just find it very strange that while the deal gets closer the stock is still going south. It doesn't make any sense!

If you don't want to discuss it here, please call me on the phone. I believed I've given you my number already, otherwise please Email me. Thanks and will wait for your reply\call. sycamore
