For some reason, this offering seems to have been put together in a hurry. I suspect that the boilerplate wording is inconsistent because of the haste. To me the question is, why the haste? Is the Compuserve acquisition going to soak up much more cash than anticipated? Layoffs? Billing system conversion? Aligning disparate technology employed? I'm still looking for more shocks from that one. There are always unanticipated loose ends from an acquisition.
