**NOTHING BUT A SCAM**

Lfella is exactly right we will have a difficult time trying to establish if Viking does own land in the Hamptons-- when Dan Erickson did not call I decided to call the town clerk of Riverhead, Long Island, NY where Viking said the land was. When I asked about Broad Cove Inc. property the clerk immediately knew of Broad Cove and in fact had four files full of resolutions and etc. It seems as though they have been hyping condo, hotels, big developments on this property since 1977. When I asked about who are the principals (names) of Broad Cove she said the only one she saw was an attorney in Riverhead -- John Conforti, ---- Now isn't is strange that your post that has to do with Dan L. mentions this same name -- it is as if Conforti had some dealings with Dan L. (Broad Cove??) and then sees he is in some difficulty in California and wonders if it is same person----- my guess is there is some land in Hamptons that has been part someones investing games. Whether it is worth anything is questionable. If you look under www.hreo.com you will be able to review land prices in Hamptons--- 100 acres could be worth 3.5 million but probably not anywhere close to the 35 million BUT caution this whole land thing looks like a old SCAM.
For those who want to BELIEVE -- there does appear to be Broad Cove property in NY
For those who want to be PRUDENT-- more investigation is necessary to determine Viking ownership and value
For those who think Viking is SCAM--- this property seems to have been in previous scams while I am typing I must say that whoever sayViking was a non-reporting company as if this were a category company really makes me laugh--- The state of Florida marked Viking as inactive when they failed to file an annual report-- thats right Viking is not registered company-- The annual report should include data on the money trial. From the annual report you would know how much Viking spent for land, for Juleon, etc. Viking will never file an annual report because it would contain the money trail. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Subject: Re: Crooks. cheats and liars? IF epi really was collecting bucks as "tipping fees", or whatever the term they used in their conference calls, they would be touting those dollars all over their financials. They do not have financials currently filed with the sec. They have filed thru the 9-30-97 qtr, and why are they late filing when there are only a few press releases to file? How could these two guys kuhr and erickson possibly oversee a worldwide environmental co. with multiple sites. I have stayed in this story for quite some time and am as restless as the next, but I am starting to really think long and hard about the ability for this amazing story to take place. I keep telling myself that there is no way that these press releases and conference calls could possibly be complete hot air. These guys are at amazing risk after what they have said and printed. The wti site of vonroll in ohio is finally making money according to the vonroll report. Why would they want to sell the entire division, to a co. that cant file a qtrly report on no real business activity. !!!!!! What the hell have I been drinking!!!!!
Those who have the intent to truely hold thru the next 30-60 days regardless of what takes place, the only hope of diminishing the downside is to call for your certificates. Maybe this will cause some pressure when some buying comes in. I KNOW there will be at least one more bounce, dead cat or whatever, there always is. Blinded by greed. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Subject: JRDAISY, what's that number in riverhead Date: Wed, Jun 24, 1998 22:31 EDT From: Jaeger8888 Message-id: <1998062502311000.WAA13937@ladder01.news.aol.com>

The company thus far has done alot of talking of what they have. They have yet to prove anything. The people who have purchased shares in this story are well aware of the risk, the few left owning it are understanding risk greater each day. The real thoughts are now turning to more of a legal nature.
Hey, at least Dan now has someone who answers the phone. That's a step in the right direction. greed monger
