Humbly report, BM, I don't know if there is reason for concern, just playing it safe and taking some profit just in case, that's all.

One example that instantly comes to my mind, of dilution that took place near market price and marked a severe tanking of the stock, is SNDK. Took forever to recover, and is still well below the pre-dilution days.

I'm not saying this will happen here, I don't know, but as always, I try to err on the side of caution, especially when sitting on 100% profit.
