Happy Anniversary to Me!
Yes, folks today marks the one year anniversary of my first Internet message board posting. As you know the Varian (VAR & VSEA), Susan B. Felch & George Zdasiuk SLAPP lawsuit is based on 60 message board postings from one defendant. After being named the second defendant in this frivolous and malicious lawsuit, I began posting on August 13, 1999 and collectively the two named defendants have posted on over 100 message boards over 10,000 messages dedicated to the truth about the despicable plaintiffs and their unethical Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe SLAPP attorneys.
I have been constantly and unabashedly inspired to gleefully post every single day over this last year. The plaintiffs and their attorneys have been more than generous in providing the material to publish such as the secret bathroom videotaping, a SLAPP witness running away in the middle of her deposition, two court-ordered CEO depositions, conflicting testimony, ‘I don’t recall’, lies from attorneys, etc. Of course, least we forget, there is the Grande Dame of SLAPP and Orrick partner Ms. Lynne C. Hermle and her misguided musings to fight the First Amendment of the Constitution of this here United States of America. So please join me in celebrating a most prosperous and fruitful year. I look forward to so many more years of posting to come.
And remember...Be careful who you SLAPP!
