I take back my prediction. I was caught offguard by bad news. I listened to the cc and am comfortable. I have had personal experience with RSA legal system and it has integrity from my experience. Mining law is well developed due to the history of the country which is very litigious in the business community. I too watched with hopes of buying more but it happened too fast. I am hopeful for a positive outcome. It appears as though the partner is more exposed than SUF as they were to provide the mining licence. I would suspect if another party has claim to a portion one could argue that it comes out of their portion. The good news is they are on track with the construction of the mill and I sensed that there is a reasonable probability that they will be able to proceed with getting started if they win this part of the legal argument in the early stage of proceedings.
