Thoughts on new Lexar suit. Aus and Thread, When I read this today. I had a nice warm feeling in my gut. My biggest fear, that of protecting SNDK's patents, seems to be lifting. Lexar is showing signs of defeat. John Reimer needs a job after Lexar gets shut down. So, he needs to say "hey, no fair." He needs someone to blame to feel good when getting another job. Sounds like a desperate CEO on some thread dominated by shorts. I guess I would do the same in his shoes. I must say SanDisk is clearly cleaning up. Rex $30 7/8
