Ericsson in trouble. Sony-Ericsson not doing so well either. siliconinvestor.com Why on earth Sony would want to contaminate their pre-eminent brand with Ericsson is beyond me. It's like a goldfish and a hagfish mating. You know the combination isn't going to be anything great. Perhaps they could have bought a division or something. Maybe it's a cunning way to ditch a whole pile of employees, separate from the mother ship, without paying them any retirement, redundancy or other payments. If the new company works, then great. If it doesn't, then thank goodness it isn't tied to HQ. Mqurice
