Hi Tom- Instead of trusting my memory, I decided to look at real numbers and I now see that I'm down 17% since 12/31/97. I'm not sure that made me feel better... I was in worse shape on the first of January than I remembered!! :-) In any case, it appears that I had better gains earlier in the year than I realized. Now I've got a bench mark in mind for measuring the rest of the year. Let's hope it's UP from here! Bruce
