Given the methodology, I am not surprised. It would be interesting to see exactly what kind of material was given to the potential mp3 buyers in order to get the results that they did. I think they did the survey in order to get the results that they wanted. Maybe....but I doubt you could convinve most Mac owners to consider another computer regardless of the promotional materials you provided. I would have thought that the iPod would have a much higher level of loyalty than indicated in that survey. As to the Zune, the reviews I have seen are more positive than I would have figured for a first-gen Microsoft device. I still dont think it will have a big impact this Christmas season but it looks like they done a good job of laying the groundwork for future versions. 2old2play.com us.gizmodo.com Slacker
