Remember the split dates.

"The Company's Annual meeting is scheduled for Sept. 5, 2000, at which time the above proposal will be voted upon. The aforementioned stock split is pending
approval of this proposal by the Company's shareholders. If approved the number of authorized shares will be increased to 50,000,000. The company plans to
effect its 4 for 1 stock split within 10 days of approval by the shareholders."
