I sometimes wonder if the IDE SparQ was a little too difficult for the typical mail-order consumer to install. (Possibly leading to product returns?) I also noticed that an Iomega Zip drive banner-ad appeared on the top of the Insight power-search results page; is that just coincidence? Or maybe Iomega's pulling strings and influence? Joseph
