ASRG - I don't know if expected very positive earnings on the next SEC filing qualifies as a "forward-looking event," but you might want to take a look at ASRG. It is a great turnaround story (was KTNV), with revenues on the last filing up 629%, and the stock price spiked to over 50 cents (currently 20-22 cents). In fact, they have had three consecutive increases of: 738% - asgrc.com 571% - asgrc.com 629% - asgrc.com The increases are expected to continue with the next filing due by mid-September (possibly a PR sooner). This oil and gas energy company has been on an aggressive acquisition rampage: asgrc.com Asset value alone is 92 cents per share: asgrc.com And an impressive management team: ragingbull.altavista.com Company web site: asgrc.com I don't know if this meets all the criteria, but though I would post it for everyone's FYI. 8^) Dave D
