Liar. Al Qaida didn't even exist until 1995 and was not proven to be behind anything until 1997 or 1998. Once CLinton knew who they were he went after them hard. But Bush didn't do anything. Not a single thing. Rice is a big fat liar. Richard Clarke said she refused to even meet about Al Qaida after one single meeting. she paid no attention and neiuther did Bush or anyone else.
