So what does this mean to you?


I'm a TA novice, but from what I understand stocks that close a gap but then close inside it will usually reverse. If they close the gap and continue then the move is confirmed. Also, stocks that are trending down usually trade in the lower half of the Bolinger Band and stocks that are trending up usually trade in the upper half of the BB. Therefore crossing the moving average midline should be bullish.
