I for one vote no. I used to staunchly defend the guy's right to post whatever he wanted when I first showed up on SI. After watching him for more than a year I now think differently. He definately has some good insight, but it comes at too high a price. Sure I want to hear his opinion, but not at the expense losing numerous other posters.

He went from SargeK to JohnQ. I'm sure someone else would have been next. He's far too pre-occupied with what other's are doing.

Case in point EEE. He never had an opinion on it good or bad during the past couple months. But after they reported only a partial asset sale vs a full-blown sale he was there on yahoo to throw some salt in the wounds.

Let him post on SD or wherever else he wants. It's not he can keep his opinion to himself (at least when he's not banned).
