Basically the charges were dropped against my wife. The lady that made the charges against her never showed up in court. The policeman never showed either. I had prayed that the lady be unable to show up in court and the Lord answered my prayer. The prosecuting attorney recommended to the court that the court take the case under advisement for a one year time frame and the paper work would be torn up after that period.
He admitted to the court that the whole case was very weak, apologized to my wife. He did not want the case continued because he said to her the court could always find her guilty and wanted her to take the advisement remedy so she could put everything behind her and go on with her life.

When she asked her attorney what he thought. He stated that he had never seen the prosecuting attorney act as kindly and politely to anyone before and he said he had never seen him offer to do anything like that before. He stated she should take it and run with it and she did. So it's over.....thank you for your prayers, The Lord showed her favor, once again. In Christ.....
