LEHM moved down to 19 7/16 and then 19 3/8 and now are back to 19 7/16. The important thing is that they are staying at or within one tick of the inside bid. I'm sure they are trying to buy stock as cheaply as they can but INCA (Instinet) is giving them a lot of competition for stock. The large bids that you are seeing on Level I (12,500 right now) are INCA. As long as Lehman stays close to the inside bid, all looks good. HMQT Hambrecht & Quist is worth watching as well. They are currently quoting 19 3/8 x 20.
