PAM,

At this point the real reason is known only to Jason Chon. But one can speculate that since he is taking a lot of DCI stock based at approximately $2.00 per share he believes the stock will appreciate much faster in a shorter time than the value of his company. No doubt Joe has shared his plan for merging DCI into a much larger company. Lets just say Joe sells the company by year end for $8.00 since you believe $10.00 is not realistic. That is a 400% increase. I'm sure Jason Chon believes his company will not appreciate another 400% by year end. More than likely there were some tax considerations involved also.

Best Regards
