Yes - they are peers rather than rivals - there's some overlap between NVLS and LRCX - but relatively small

NO! Foundries and Intel will show good linearity throughout the year.

I was also wondering about this - almost thinking to write a comment to Solid State Blog based on what TSMC said; at least based on what TSMC projected at end of January 2011 it does not appear frontend loaded
and Intel is pretty notorious for being very, very linear.

Multipatterning litho schemes driving etch.
Not sure how to define this; it's not a typical etch application.
It's kind of a substitute (consisting of deposition and etch)for litho

Nevertheless this guy applied a multiple of 11!!! -
the more money LRCX et al makes the lower the PE
