Again I have to do your DD for you.... The bulk sample permit was needed to produce a bulk sample which I believe they did already ...correct.... And that permit ended in February.... So why would they need to renew another bulk sample permit....are they producing another bulk sample or are they mining which would require more permitting like what's required for Zenyatta but under Quebec jurisdiction ?
