This is massaged numbers and pretty much meaningless to draw conclusions from. Tax rates will always be skewed since there are lower levels of taxpayers who pay zero, and wealthy individuals whose social security component is approximately 0% of their income, their tax bill on tax-free securities is zero, and their health costs are also approximately zero percent of their income. Garbage in garbage out.
