For the life of me, I could not figure out why they kept calling it a mosque. Now I understand........since other denominations can not have prayers there, its a mosque. Forget that the building is intended as a community center. Forget that mosques like churches tend to be stand alone buildings. They want this prayer room to be a mosque and so it will be.

How does it matter? The point is that it is intended to be Muslims jabbing us in the eye with a stick. Whether it strictly fits the definition of a "mosque" is immaterial.

Were these people decent, respectful individuals who meant no harm, they would have long ago said, "Gosh, we understand how this project could annoy some people, and Donald Trump has offered to buy us out, so, we'll move it a few blocks further away". But no.

These people are determined to construct a symbol.
