yahoo.cnet.com Yahoo has selected Compaq Computer to act as its primary provider for servers and computer hardware in a multiyear deal that likely will lead to tight marketing and advertising promotions between the two companies. Under the alliance announced Monday, Compaq will become Yahoo's "preferred" source for servers, storage systems, PCs, laptops, handheld computers and other hardware, according to the companies. Compaq will also provide a substantial portion of the hardware behind Yahoo's Internet infrastructure.... Hopefully this doesn't affect YHOO's purchases of NTAP Filers! I think that Yahoo Mail is running smoothly on NTAP gear right now, I wouldn't think that Yahoo would want to deal with a huge migration project... Justin
