Rodney, that had been my point till you started to flame me. Many don't understand the limitations of discount brokers who have grown too fast. Beyond that Discount brokers are using their "discount" status as a sort of cover for their internal limitations. I don't understand how a company can continue to advertise heavily when there infrastructure is not up to par. Datek is still making mistakes and not responding to queries in a timely fashion.

Don't forget how they advertise themselves as a better alternative to regular brokers. They do have a responsibility toward keeping our financial records acurate, there is no excuse for this. They also have a responsibility to give out accurate financial information, no matter how cheap their service is.
