Yes, prior to the "take under" announcement the stock was trading at .95 cents. The payout for the shareholders is probably going to be in the neighborhood or .67 - .70 Dilution hasn't been too bad - but the fact that they didnt disclose warrants earlier was not good. I'm still holding shares and am not opposed to bidding some here in the low .50's
