I think it is all taken into consideration by those at the higher echelons who are involved at decision making levels. I wish more reasoned dialogue was communicated with and among the average guy on the street; where instead, the ranting protesting nutcase appears representative.

Unfortunately, for some powers to be, they don't want more "reasoned dialogue" on the street. In fact, they would rather stir up the guy on the street. That's how we got into Iraq. People in democracies don't typically vote in wars.
