I agree, I think the market would like this better in lieu of a dividend cut or elimination. The dividend costs about 120 million. The potential future stock price appreciation. This with a dividend cut through an expanding PE would be worth while. I see limited potential stock appreciation if the dividend is maintained. A 12% yield without covered earnings is troubling. Should the earnings turn around and not be used for dividends. A pay down of higher interest debt would be a sign of confidence. IMO the market might take a cut or elimination quite well? Even better, if they could somehow show this Qtr. is on track.

P.S.> IMO an example on how a smaller company can move fast. and that management is taking notice of their food portfolio and making changes to to trend adjust.
