Fox's terse assessment of the debate: The exchange was typical of a night in which each accused the other of mangling facts and traded accusations at a faster pace than in the presidential debate last week.

NOPE. Edwards made his pitch to the American people, laying out his plan to put America back on track. Cheney attacked Kerry with specious slurs. Edwards had substance. Cheney looked defested and resolved to his defeat by the end.
