The point still is -- the vast majority of insurgents are Iraqis. So, it is not as if they are happy that they got invaded. If they were really approving of the invasion, puppet Allawi would have got 60% of the vote.

There will always be insurgents from other countries in that region, for the simple reasons that the national boundaries are artificial (drawn up by the British et al earlier in the 20th century) and also because of the perception that their own countries might be invaded next.
